Anna Shpayer

I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. I moved to the United States with many other refugees or "Refusniks," in 1979. I received my Bachelors degree in Social Science with a concentration in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Irvine. I currently live in Los Angeles, CA and am concurrently enjoying the weather while praying for rain.
